WORK EXPERIENCE

Štefan started his carrier in yachting on 2006 in company Pivatus as broker for used yachts and sale representative for Ferretti group. After Pivatus he was director of company Yachting Spalacia, Yacht charter & broker company. From 2017 Yachting Spalacia extended their activities on technical support for yachts located in or transit trough Split. Company was offering, maintenance, electric and mechanic services. From 2017 Štefan worked as Sales manager in Princess Adriatic. He was working in after sale support for Princess Yachts, organization of the all yacht services in the warranty period, grp work, service of the engines, repair of the wood interior, etc. He was acting as yacht broker, dealing with contracts, international registration offices, organizing transport by road and sea to home port. In 2019 he moved to company Hvar sailing where complete refit of the 60 feet regatta sailing yacht. In Hvar sailing Stefan was responsible for yacht brokerage for used yachts, dealing with contracts, international registration offices, organizing transport by road and sea, custom duties , Yacht test drives.

SKILLS

Štefan have good communication skills gained through experience as yacht agent. Working as yacht agent (after sale support) he become a very good in organizing work and specially in yacht service. He have good ability to adapt to multicultural environment gained through work experience. He have big experience in yacht service, grp work, painting, wood repair, basic engine service and basic knowledge in electric yacht service.
